Worldwide projector leader Epson gets closer to education with its brand new range of five ultra-short-throw projectors. Designed to meet the growing demand for easy-to-use ICT equipment in classrooms, the EB-440W, EB-450W, EB-450Wi, EB-460 and EB-460i are ideal for use with whiteboards.

Eliminate shadows and glare

As the projectors can be mounted just 15.6cm from the wall, the ultra-short-throw distance means that shadows on the presentation are virtually eliminated.

Make any surface interactive

Two projectors in the range - the EB-450Wi and EB-460i – have inbuilt interactive capabilities, and can turn any projection surface into an interactive one. The included interactive pen gives total control of the projection area, allowing notes and additions to be made and saved during a lesson.

A brighter solution

The Epson ultra-short-throw range features up to 3,000 lumens Colour Light Output, with outstanding detail and clarity thanks to Epson’s 3LCD projection engine. The EB-440W, EB-450W and EB-450Wi offer WXGA resolution, which means users can fully leverage widescreen notebooks, tablets and DVD content.

With Ethernet and optional wireless connectivity, plus an inbuilt 10W speaker, Epson’s ultra-short-throw projectors are easy to integrate into any classroom.
