As a valued customer, we would like to remind you to renew your VMware Support and Subscription (SnS).

VMware SnS gives you access to new releases and upgrades FREE of charge and provides technical support for the included period. Support can be purchased in 1 & 2 Year agreements.

Why Should I Renew?

  • Protect your investment – without support you will not be able to make support calls which could affect your infrastructure
  • Ensure you are eligible for upgrades and new releases
  • SnS is required on all Enterprise & Platinum Software

 

What Will Happen if I Don’t Renew NOW?

  • VMware charge a reinstatement fee for late renewals
  • Reinstatement fee can be 20% of the renewal value
  • If you restart support much later down the line you will also be charged for the interim months of support
