Promotion is valid on eligible purchases made from September 1, 2010 through March 15, 2011.
A minimum of 25 licenses for virtual machines of VMware vCloud Director and VMware vCenter Chargeback must be purchased for eligibility. Promotion applies to each 25 pack purchased and must include both products.
There is no limit to the number of 25 packs purchased under this promotion.
VMware vCloud Director includes VMware vShield for VMware vCloud Director. Future “add-on” modules for VMware vCloud Director are considered optional and additional pricing may apply.
This promotion is available to all customers who purchase from a VMware authorized reselling partner or directly from VMware. Exceptions:
1. This promotion is not available for OEM partners ordering directly from VMware.

2. This promotion is not available to service providers. Please refer to the VMware Service Provider Program for pricing details.
